I want to remove the knee pads from a neoprene wetsuit. The manufacturer glued them on with something incredibly strong, and I don't want to damage the suit in the process.

For instance, does it take more time getting out of a wetsuit than is saved during a 1/2 mile swim? Where is the breakeven point.

So I have this size medium, 3/2 HyperFlex wetsuit I let my friend borrow. He is the same height and weight as me, however, he stretched it out in areas like the sides, cuz he isn't as fit as I am. How do I get it back to size? Is it even possible? Thanks for reading.!

I'm getting certified and I have a wetsuit, but I'm not sure if diving suits have to be a certain thickness or not. My suit is a Rip Curl and its pretty nice. Let me know if I can use it.

So far I think the wetsuit is made of neoprene and the fastskin is made of lycra and lighter ....
